Being all things Love, God, and Purpose. I am guided by five (5) words: Strength, Purpose, Christ, Endurance, and Love. My inspiration is fueled by these words. They have helped to make me who I am today. My name is Shana Ledgister, and I am an Alchemist.

My mission is to simply create a legacy for my family, to impact as many lives as I can, and to just LIVE. In the past, I was afraid of my own story. I used to hide behind a mask. Now, I have realized that my story is not a sad story, it's a real one. It's a story about a girl who fought through storms she thought would have never ended and came out stronger every time. Life has humbled me and made me realize that sometimes we don't get what we want because we deserve better.

I write to touch souls. I write books that I would enjoy reading. I believe that I bring a creative flair to writing that is unmatched and is specialized in authentic Jamaican creole and culture. Born and raised in St Elizabeth, Jamaica, my dream to pursue writing was encouraged early on as a child when I realized that writing out my thoughts felt better than holding them in. Besides writing, I am also an entrepreneur and youth mentor who has great desires to become a Counseling Psychologist.
